You can place your order anytime at www.spotforbeauty.com and specifically can send emails to firstname.lastname@example.org . All online purchases must be with a credit card. Visa, American Express and MasterCard are accepted. Please have your card number and expiration date and CVV code ready. Add-ons to the order are allowed on the same day the original order is placed. When ordering online, we must receive your phone number and email address, information that is required by the various courier companies we utilize for shipping. Please note we may not be able to ship to a Post Office Box.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping and handling costs are determined by your order total. Some items may bear a shipping surcharge based on size and/weight. Your order will be shipped by standard ground delivery. In Canada, on orders shipped standard ground delivery, you can expect delivery within 1-7 business days of your order date for in-stock items. In the event merchandise must be re-shipped, original and re-shipment charges must be paid for by the customer. When ordering, we must receive your phone number and email address, information that is required by the various courier companies we utilize for shipping. Please note we may not be able to ship to a Post Office Box.
We will collect sales tax, or other tax, as required by applicable law. If sales tax or other tax applies, it will be added to your order when you check out. Shipping charges may also be subject to tax.
BACKORDERS/SOLD OUT ITEMS
Although we make every effort to ship your order in its entirety, occasionally we will be sold out of certain items. In the event that we are unable to ship a product(s) you have purchased we will contact you to ascertain if a replacement product is acceptable to you or whether a refund is the best course of action. We do not ship backorders.
ERRORS OR PROBLEMS

IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM YOU DID NOT ORDER
If you have received the wrong merchandise, please contact us within five (5) business days of receipt of the order. We will issue a call tag to pick up the merchandise. The correct merchandise will be sent to you immediately and we, of course, will pay all shipping costs for the new shipment to you and the return shipment associated with our error.
